Robin van Persie to Manchester City yes or no?

Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini admitted that he is interested in signing Robin van Persie this summer.
Van Persie has scored 32 goals in all competitions for the club this season, leading Mancini to compare the Striker to Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. The 28-year-old is out of contract at the Emirates Stadium in 2013.

Mancini said, “We are interested in all good players," Mancini is quoted as saying in the English press. "This is normal, but not only us. I think all the good teams are interested in Van Persie.
"I think Van Persie at this moment is one of the best strikers in Europe with Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and with Sergio Aguero and Mario Balotelli. I think he is a fantastic striker, but I think he will remain with Arsenal."
