Sporting Gijon 0 - 3 Real Madrid
Real Madrid maintained at the top of the table with a 3-0 victory at Sporting Gijon. Goals from Angel di Maria, Cristiano Ronaldo and Marcelo gave Real Madrid a 14th win in competitions. This was their 10th win in succession in the league and maintaining their top position in the table well over Barcelona FC. Ronaldo had a chance at 18’ his shot from 20 yards went wide.Di Maria was next to threaten the home side, but goalkeeper Juan Pablo denied the shoot.
