Tottenham completed the signing of Manchester City striker Emmanuel Adebayor on permanent basis, who scored 17 goals while on loan at White Hart Lane last season.
Adebayor, 28, cost City $41 million when he signed from Arsenal in 2009.
The Togo international spent loan spells at Real Madrid in 2010-11 and then impressed while at Spurs for the duration of the 2011-12.
Adebayor said, "I am pleased to be signing for Spurs on a permanent basis after finally agreeing my departure with Manchester City."
Adebayor tweeted: "I'm back!!!! Tottenham here I come!! I'm hungry for goals...Get ready."
