Moyes confirmed as Real Sociedad Manager

David Moyes has been confirmed as the new manager of Real Sociedad with signing an 18-month contract

David Moyes was sacked by Manchester United on April 22 because of the bad performance of the club under his tenure. During Moyes tenure Manchester united won 27, drew nine and lost 15 of his 51 games and was at seventh position in the Premier League.
After the hard dismissal of his 10 month spell in charge at united it seems that Moyes has spared himself form that designation forever.

But with the recent speculations and news posted by BBC it seems that Moyes is all set to footprint the field as an manger again. Moyes replaces Jagoba Arrasate, who was dismissed by Sociedad after a poor run of form which currently sees them lie 15th in La Liga.

David Moyes
Sociedad announced the appointment late on Monday in a statement on their website that reads,"Real Sociedad have reached an agreement with David Moyes,"Details about the official presentation of Real Sociedad's new coach and who will form part of his technical team will be published tomorrow [Tuesday] morning."

The former Everton and Manchester United manager David Moyes arrived in San Sebastian on Wednesday afternoon to meet up with the club’s president, before signing the contract with the Primera Division club.

Moyes recently told BBC Football Focus he was ready to return to management but would wait for the "right job".
He said,"It is something that we don't report enough - British managers outside the shores,"
"It will actually help the development of coaches where you can come back and give a bit back to them - tell them the experience you have had working in Spain, Italy, Germany or wherever it may be."
