Mourinho got furious when asked about the third season syndrome

Mourinho got furious when asked about the third season syndrome and immediately denied the same
Mourinho is facing the biggest nightmare of his career as his team and defending Premier League champions had their worst start of the season. Chelsea who booked its berth on the first position last season with matches to spare has gathered only 4 points in 5 matches this season. It seems like they gave up the title race as soon as it started.

In their last 3-1 defeat against Everton the game ended in bad blood where Mourinho fumed 'f******* hell' during rant at Everton boss Roberto Martinez. The reason for Mourinho’s language was believed, that he was not allowed to face the media first after the final whistle.

Jose Mourinho
According to multiple reports, Mourinho said to his opposite number: “Roberto next time tell me go before you because we have to travel.”

Martinez explained: “We don’t control that Jose, I don’t control that.”

And Mourinho was then recorded saying: “F****** hell!”

After the Chelsea manager left, Martinez told the reporters: “When he beat us 6-3 (last season) he was such a nice man. I prefer him like that!”

Mourinho's team will be facing Maccabi Tel Aviv in the Champions League on Wednesday. When he was asked about his situation about the upcoming match and the built up pressure he said "I promise you I am fine. I am not happy. I am not used to losing so many times but I am adapting to the situation."

He added: "You cannot expect me to say it is all smiles, laughing and jokes. When people are not getting success we work for, we are going to be frustrated.

"We know what we are - champions of England. The fans sing that. Nobody can steal what we are or our trophies or our history, you can try but you can't do that.

"When you are used to winning all the time, then when you don't it is a strange feeling. Some people deal well with it, others not as good."

In a crotchety exchange with BBC Reporter, Mourinho rejected the idea that he is afflicted by so-called 'third season syndrome', causing the performances of the teams he has managed to deteriorate in his third season in charge.

When the reporter asked Mourinho that, A lot has been made of the third season in his time at clubs - what does he want to say for that?

“Look, my third season - in Porto, I didn't have a third season. My third season in Inter, I didn't have a third season. My third season at Chelsea the first time, I won the FA Cup and the Carling Cup, and I played the Champions League semi-finals. My third season in Real Madrid, I won the Super Cup, I lost the cup [Copa del Rey] final, and I went to the Champions League semi-finals. These are my third seasons,” he replied

He even called the question, a stupid question and advised the reporter to click google.
