Arsenal is set to bid for Schalke midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng next summer. Kevin-Prince Boateng is a defensive midfielder and who play for German club Schalke and the Ghana national team.Boateng has signed for Schalke this season after leaving previous club AC Milan, but could be on the move again if Arsenal makes a good offer to attract him to the Emirates Stadium.

The 27-year-old would likely cost around £15million after a strong season in the Bundesliga. Boateng’s versatility makes him likeable, and it could be that he is also used to fill in out wide when needed to, with Arsenal somewhat lacking a direct alternative to the injury-prone Theo Walcott in that area.
