Manchester City's eye on Paul Pogba

Paul Pogba is a French professional footballer who plays for Italian club Juventus in Serie A. He joined Juvetus on a free exchange from Manchester United in 2012.

He has been pursued by four presumed clubs i.e. Barcelona, Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain and most recently Manchester City.

Barca presidential applicant Agusti Benedito has officially pronounced he will ready to persuade Juvetus to offer Pogba to Barca for around £60m if he gets elected.

Although Juventus general chief Giuseppe Marotta spoiled away all the desires of clubs to sign Pogba in the wake of saying he won't be sold this year as he do not want to leave.

Marotta has told Corriere dello Sport: "I reiterate we don't want to sell Pogba and he has said today that he doesn't want to leave.”

"Pogba is a player that has been requested by several clubs but we have not entered in any negotiation because we consider him strategic to our project.”

"The player is not on the market and will only be put in the market if he says he wants to leave."
